1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Coral Promotions and your participation in any promotion listed on this website. By entering the website, purchasing a ticket and uploading a payment slip, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. What you are paying for

Each promotion is a paid entry. When you buy a ticket you are paying a fixed amount, of your own free will, to take part in that promotion’s draw. You are not guaranteed any prize. Payment gives you one eligible coupon once your payment is verified — it does not guarantee a win.

3. No refunds — you accept the risk

All payments are final. If you do not win, you will not be refunded and Coral Promotions is under no obligation to return any money to you. You acknowledge that you are paying voluntarily and that you accept this risk. You agree that Coral Promotions is not responsible for, and will not compensate you for, any loss of money arising from your participation.

4. Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coral Promotions accepts no responsibility or liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss — including any loss of money — that you may incur through your use of the website or participation in any promotion. You participate entirely at your own risk and by your own decision.

5. Eligibility

You must provide accurate details, including a valid Dhiraagu or Ooredoo mobile number. Each mobile number may hold only one coupon per promotion. You must be legally permitted to participate. Coral Promotions may refuse, cancel or invalidate any entry that breaches these terms.

6. Payment verification

After purchase your coupon is created with a pending status. You must transfer the exact ticket amount and upload your transfer slip. The slip is checked automatically against the expected amount, receiving account and reference. Your coupon becomes valid — and eligible for the draw — only after the payment is verified.

7. Invalid or unverifiable payments

If a payment cannot be verified, if the slip is unreadable, altered or duplicated, or if the transfer does not match the promotion, the related coupon will be automatically invalidated and will not enter the draw. Repeated failed verification attempts will permanently invalidate the coupon.

8. The draw

Only valid coupons enter the draw. Winners are selected using a cryptographically random, auditable process. The eligible count, a seed hash and, after the draw, the seed reveal are recorded so results can be independently checked. The winner is published within the stated time after the promotion closes. The result is final.

9. Conduct and data

You agree not to submit false information, fraudulent slips or another person’s payment details. We process the information you provide solely to operate promotions, verify payments and publish results, and we handle it with reasonable care.

10. Changes and governing law

Coral Promotions may update these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Where a promotion also requires official legal or regulatory approval, that requirement applies in addition to these terms.
